I can’t believe it, 10 more days till softball tryouts. The school year is going so fast. We recently just finished picking schedules. My two electives I hope to be taking are UCTV and journalism. Since I want to be a broadcaster UCTV is so important to me, it is the morning announcements at our school and also a class. I am very excited for next year but I still can’t believe were going to be juniors! So back to softball, 10 more days and the nerves are already building up. I don’t know if you remember but I played right field for varsity last year. But this year I have been training for catcher. We had a senior catcher so obviously she is gone now, and believe me we will miss her. But I have been working since September and I hope I am ready. I have to go against five other possible varsity catchers, I am scared! This year I am going to work so hard because next year is when they hand out the softball scholarship. Playing softball in college is a dream/ goal I have. Sports can be one of the most amazing experiences you will ever go through.
