Elections!

or

I agree with Megan when she says her table at the party was the best, we had such a fun time. Anyway, I don’t know about any of you but I’m pretty excited for the elections! This is real history in the making here, a 71 year old man or an African American man.

This Tuesday we had our own little voting polls and the final results were very close. 51% of the UC community voted Obama making 49% vote for McCain. This just shows how close the elections are going to be. The debating has gotten to be ridiculous. On my face book I put my status as McCain 08 and everyone started debating saying who they wanted to win and reasons why, I must have about 50 comments. No one can tell you who to vote for and I hope no one does. All I know is that Tuesday night is going to be a super nerve racking night.

It was easy getting into the political spirit because in US history we had to do a project on each candidate. Did you know McCain has 7 kids?!?! Or that Obama grew up dirt poor? I’ve definitely benefited from this project! It is nice feeling informed about the candidates! Who will be our next president???

If you could vote, who would you vote for?

Hi Betsy,

Here's a good video I found on YouTube about religion, you might like to view it and see if you have any answers for the questions it poses.

I think it makes a lot of good common sense don't you?

PS.
Nice blog by the way but I'm still not sure who will win next month.
